Good Morning Sunday: Capture Your Life Moments One Second Every Day

Life Moments

Life is awesome, it’s too short to be sad all the time. Love who you want to be and live who you want to be.

How would your live be if you capture all your moments and sequence it into a montage. Imagine all the funny, sad, happy moments of your life all edited and stitched into a montage. How would that montage be ? Would these moments help you life a better life each day ?

Today’s Good Morning Sunday Series brings you an awesome Ted video by Cesar Kuriyama.

Worried that he might not remember all the moments of his life, Cesar decided to record one second of his life everyday for the rest of his life. By recording a second of his life each day he would have the real experiences of reliving his life moments.

Check out this awesome TED video, one second captured everyday.

It’s helped Cesar evaluate his priorities in life. I am excited to do a similar initiative, what about you ? What are your thoughts on this ?

That is a pretty interesting theory not to waste every day of our lives. Who would remember an average day on Monday 2013 in 10 years? None.. And like this you can keep in mind small pieces of everyday life, routine.. Thaks Cesar for the inspiration, and you for sharing!

Hi ZK,
The idea of recording a second of your life each day is actually not a bad idea. I think I will try to do that whenever possible until it becomes a habit. However, the part where he mentioned recording something sad in your life may be something difficult to do. Then again, if it’s a point in your life that you want to remember when you get older, then it may be worth recording, possibly to relive the sad moments. I wonder what it’s like to see the one second of everyday in the lives of famous like Stephen Hawking and President Obama.

I love the idea to capture one moment from our lives. By that we gain positive references and will remember the good ones, which will make us unconsciously happy..Great idea, now i just gotta buy a camera, since my shitty samsung sgh 369 doesnt have a normal one..By that I would only see a blur out of my life , like being high 24/7 :DD

Living a rich and happy life is as easy as recognizing the blessings that are available to you everyday. It will always lead you to having a positive and fruitful disposition in life.

hi ZK

Life is awesome indeed… yet, it surprises all of us when you the least expect it, isn’t it? 

That video rocks! The concept of recording a second of your life each day is actually similar to the idea of “eating an elephant by small bites” which I’m sure you’ve heard before. It just reminds us of the importance of taking small steps, one at a time.

The one second daily recording method is also beneficial as it helps us to direct our mind, emotions and actions to positive, beautiful and inspiring things, not the opposite. That’s what I appreciate the most about it!

What do you guys think about this?

Let’s bring discussion next level, let’s share from experience (personal or what you’ve read/seen elsewhere)

Thank you!
