When you have a web business you can’t ignore the importance of search engines and the process of optimization. SEO is a very dynamic and evolving aspect of web marketing, its too important to be ignored. SEO process should start as soon as you start the architecture and design of your website.

There are a few good SEO tools in the market that will help easy your SEO activity. SEO Rank Monitor is a tool that will be valuable that integrates your rankings along with your Google Analytics ( GA ) data.

Let me explain

SEO Rank Monitor uses Google Analytics APIs to sync your web visitors’ data and the ranking of your website on Google. The tool has an option to add your Google Analytics profile to retrieve data about your Unique Visitor stats for your tracked keywords.

This is a very unique feature and considering Google implementing personalized search linkups, the option of adding Google Analytics is a must as rankings can differ based on searches done from unique IP address.

The set up is very simple and I love the colorful display of the dashboard, it gives you an overview of your best ranked keywords followed by your worst ranked keywords.

The dashboard provides a week by week comparison allowing you to see rankings at a very high level, for example: Total keywords ranked in positions 1-10, 11-20, 21-30 one week vs. another week. These keywords are compared on the top three search engines (ie. Google, Yahoo and Bing ), you also have the option to export the results in CSV format.

The SEO Rank Monitor Tool has an SERP ( the pages that rank on your website for certain keywords) Tracker that shows results of your SERPs. This tracker will help you identity important keywords that translate into traffic on your website, it will also pin point weaker keywords so that you can get tweaking your website and external linking SEO activities to dominate the top search engines.

The tool also gives you an option to check competition. Competing keywords and sites can be checked for ranking and usage. This section will help you get an overview of keywords that are not being used by your competitors so that you can start to rank them for your website.

Some of the other reports provide by SEO Rank Monitor include analytics monitor and domain monitor.

The pricing is very affordable, you can go in for a basic package for $ 19 a month for one domain and 100 keywords or the pro package for $ 39 a month for 10 domains and 2500 keywords. Both the packages come with a FREE ONE MONTH TRIAL to test drive the system.

Do you use any SEO tools for your web business ?

Besides quality backlinks from related websites (which are hard to get) add lots of relevant text on each page. Know what keywords you are targeting and be sure it is listed on your title tag and throughout the body text of your homepage is important … This tool looks very interesting

Web Ranking is a search engine ranking software that emulates a manual search through each search engine. It works exactly like if you were manually checking your keywords ranking position via a browser. This way, Advanced Web Ranking is able to produce reliable and accurate website positioning reports.
