Because of this post, now I realized how good Apple's marketing is... Reason? The time I saw your post title, it came straight into my mind the post must be about must-have iphone's business related apps I should install. To be honest, it took me sometime to realize that your post is not about Apple at all. Btw, good post. Cheers!

That is so true ....The way Apple has marketed iphones and the download app store concept, the term "app" is become generic to the iphone and its applications :)

ha so true. I'm even programmed to think of "app" as something from Apple. Perhaps they should trademark that... just like Facebook tried to trademark book.. or whatever it is they tried to do.

Hello Jennifer, This tools might be useful but I remember when I had a class which involved working in Microsoft Dynamics GP (if I am not mistaken, do they offer any other type of CRM) and I must say it's a pain to learn how to use them. Of course you can make simple operations with it, but if you want to start adding something like taxes, shipping etc the things start to get messy. I am pretty sure that at the end of the course they offered us a voucher for the exam to be accredited in Dynamics, but we had to buy very thick book.

Did anyone use the above software? Which accounting software is the easiest to learn and use?

I use MS Excel for everything, works just great. And I can customize to my hearts desire. Also, importing from online statements and even web data works well. Maybe I'm just a tech nut, but I just found the learning curve and data entry for most off the shelf software to hard to endure. But, special applications may work well for people who prefer a more set and stable environment, and don't want to risk loosing data and messing things up. Thanks for the post, Jennifer. Are you playing with MS Excel sometimes? :-)
