Book Recommendation of the Week – Secrets of the Millionare Mind, T. Harv Eker
“If you want to change the fruits, you will first have to change the roots. If you want to change the visible, you must first change the invisible.” T. Harv Eker, Secrets Of The Millionaire Mind
Last week I picked up a copy of T. Harv Eker’s Secrets of a Millionaire Mind, I must have read the book more than five times in the last 5 days. It’s one of those book that should be read by everyone regardless of your age or profession. It’s a book that will help you develop a mind set about success and money, it will reveal the missing link between “money and success“.
“If you want to make a permanent change, stop focusing on the size of your problems and start focusing on the size of you!” T. Harv Eker, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind
Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, author T. Harv Eker states: “Give me five minutes, and I can predict your financial future for the rest of your life!”
He does this by showing you wealth principles that the rich apply. How the rich think differently than the poor and middle class. These principles are basically what T Harv Eker describes as “Wealth Files”, he proposes 17 “Wealth Files” that will help you think like the rich.
1. Rich people believe “I create my life.” Poor people believe “Life happens to me.”
2. Rich people play the money game to win. Poor people play the money game to not lose.
3. Rich people are committed to being rich. Poor people want to be rich.
4. Rich people think big. Poor people think small.
5. Rich people focus on opportunities. Poor people focus on obstacles.
6. Rich people admire other rich and successful people. Poor people resent rich and successful people.
7. Rich people associate with positive, successful people. Poor people associate with negative or unsuccessful people.

The above “files” are discussed in detail inside the book. I highly recommend you read this book.
