I received an email about this yesterday (I'm on Shoemoney's mailing list) and think it is a great idea to inform people of what to do when this kind of thing happens. Hopefully it will never happen to me because even if you are innocent it can be expensive to defend yourself.

If you don't get big you don't tend to get sued. If you do get big, you do. So you'll probably have the money by then.

Personally, I would have no issue if someone is using our logo because they will be promoting us :)

Be careful what sites you input personal information. Scammers have created sites to look like well know sites and ask you to input your personal information (called Phishing)

I don't care when people steals my content as long as the content has already being indexed by google. One great way to have all your articles indexed fast is to ping your blog every time you add content. This way when somebody steals your articles and post them somewhere else they will be seen as duplicate content by the search engines.

I am very glad to read this post and I know that Shoemoney System had been more and more popular. Since people are into something wherein they could get much of funds, they choose to go for the internet. This is due to the fact that free money could be easily obtained. So, if you are one of those people, you might be thinking about on how you could use up the Shoemoney System.
