Twitter launched its new audience insights dashboard to provide marketers and advertisers with sharper insights and targeting of their products. The new feature gives an overview of the audience behavior and interaction with influencers and products on Twitter.
The dashboard provides a number of insight related features like – demographics , interest, behavior, usage and mobile footprint.
Some of the key insights can be inferred by understanding the users intent to purchase a product, his interaction with brands, trending tweets, usage behavior on different devices (ie. mobile, desktop, tablet ) and on different OS (ie. android, apple ) and much more.
The Audience Insights is open to all but Twitter specific information is open on to US based users, this will gradually be rolled out to other countries in future.
