Every wondered why Apple is able to churn out super products year after year after year after year..from the ipod to the iphone to the ipad to the ipad mini ? What makes them an innovative company ? Why can’t any other company do the same as Apple does in terms of innovation ?
Why did Martin Luther King lead the civil rights movement in America, how was he able to inspire millions to fight for rights ? Why did Abraham Lincoln change the political scene in America and why wasn’t anyone else able to do so ?
Ever wondered why some people are able to achieve things that others can’t ?
Today’s Good Morning Sunday post features insights in to a profound study done by Simon Sinek.
According to Simon there is a pattern that he discovered, all the great and inspiring leaders and organizations in the world – whether it’s Apple or Martin Luther King – they all think, act and communicate the exact same way. And it’s the complete opposite to everyone else. All Simon did was arranged the information in a systematic manner, and it’s probably the world’s simplest idea. He calls it the golden circle.
The “How”, the “What” and the “Why” of How Great Leaders Inspire Action. I recommend you to listen to the “Why” in the below video.

Great freakin’ TED talk. It’s crazy thinking about what he said with the “with Apple people will by everything they make”…but HP makes good computers and then look at the tablet fail that they had. Apple has something that HP, Dell, etc. don’t have and this talk was great at helping me figure out what that was…starting at the center with the “why”. Brilliant.
Glad you liked it :)..thanks for the comment
