How do I find a good Affiliate program ?

Which are the top affiliate programs ? How do I choose the best one to promote ?

It’s a question that I get asked a lot lately.  How do I find a good affiliate program to promote outside of Clickbank or Commission Junction.

My plan was to turn this into a short report and sell it but I’ve decided to just give you the information for free today – It’s important. I had the same kind of questions as a struggling affiliate marketer a few months back.

So, how do I find a good affiliate program to promote?

For me, they have to fulfill the following;

– Have products in high potential niches ( Niche =  High in demand , Low in competition , you can check your niche by using the Free Trial from Wordtracker.

– Pay me on time (every month).

–  Have enough marketing materials for me to use (different landing pages, banners, links, emails samples, PPC campaign samples, etc.)

–  The products MUST be top notch (very low refunds).

–  Offer enough commission to make it worthwhile.

There are a few more, but these four are the main ones that I am interested in.  I want to make sure that I am going to get paid each and every month without having to chase it.

I also look at the type of products and offers that the affiliate program has to offer , I should be convinced about the conversions of the landing page or creative banner or promotional elements. Its important that as an affiliate marketer to know how your site audience will respond to the products you market.
