I’ve struggled all my life to get up early…I just can’t do it. I’ve tried hard and done every bit to be an early riser…I’ve failed.
I am the opposite, I work till late at night and wake up late in the morning.
Does rising up early lead to success ?

Getting up early is really a gift…. I’m a bit disagree with diet issue. Personally for me it is really hard to get a good sleep when I’m hungry and when you are on a diet it happens pretty often.. Thank thanks for sharing the video. Great tips and motivation!
Thank you for the post, because for me, as probably for most of owls to get up early is the worst nightmare. I love to go to bed late and hardly imagine me getting up early at weeknds
