With the advent of premium themes for as little as $19 I got a bit of a shock at seeing the price, but from my own experience it is worth paying more if zero coding is required. Coding is an issue even with expensive themes, where you still have to tweak loads to get desirable results.

I was considering using UBT before I moved to Thesis, but UBT did not have any customization options..hence Thesis was the choice. With the launch of UBT 3.0 there have been a lot of blogs that have customized the theme.
This is a pretty powerful theme however it is mainly aimed at those people who are trying to make money blogging with plenty of ad spots. Slightly too cluttered for my liking.
That is to many ads, sorry to tell you most people do not want to view blogs like that. You would have to have some information that can’t be found elsewhere which is unlikely.
